On October 30, 2023, during a ceremony at the Residence of France, Consul General Mustafa Soykurt awarded the insignia of Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Palmes Académiques to Florence Bucourt and Isabelle Praud for their considerable contribution to the promotion of French education in the United States and, more recently, at the International School of Boston.
